Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the internal-use Google API application (the "Application") operated by Isaac Lipscomb ("we," "us," or "our").

1. About This Application

The Application is a personal, internal-use tool. It is operated solely by Isaac Lipscomb for his own use and is not offered to the public, licensed, distributed, or sold to any third party. There are no external users.

By authorizing the Application to access your Google Account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not authorize the Application.

3. Authorized Use

The Application may be used only by its operator, Isaac Lipscomb, and only for lawful purposes in connection with managing his own email, calendar, contacts, and documents.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the security of the Google Account(s) you connect.
- Reviewing the permissions requested on the consent screen before approving.
- Revoking access if you no longer wish the Application to access your data.

5. Google Account Access

The Application accesses Google data only through Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow and only within the scopes you explicitly approve. Access may be revoked at any time at:

6. Third-Party Services

The Application relies on third-party services to function, including Google APIs and AI model providers. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party services.

7. No Warranty

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will not cause data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to use of the Application.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

Access may be terminated at any time by revoking the Application's access through your Google Account permissions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
