This Privacy Policy describes how Isaac Lipscomb ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our internal-use Google API application (the "Application").

1. About This Application

The Application is a personal, internal-use tool operated solely by Isaac Lipscomb. It is not offered to the public, does not have external users, and is not distributed or sold. There is exactly one authorized user: the account owner.

2. Information We Access

With your explicit authorization, the Application accesses the following data from the Google Account(s) you connect:

- Gmail — message metadata and content, for reading, organizing, and drafting email on your behalf.
- Google Calendar — events and calendar metadata, for scheduling and briefing purposes.
- Google Drive — files and documents you have authorized, for reading and document creation.
- Google Contacts — contact names and addresses, for routing messages correctly.

Access is granted through Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow and is limited to the specific scopes you approve on the consent screen.

3. How We Use Information

Data accessed through the Application is used exclusively to provide functionality to the account owner — the sole user. This includes reading and organizing email, drafting replies, retrieving calendar events, and reading or creating documents.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your data with any third party.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the functionality described above. We do not use Google user data to train, develop, or improve machine learning or artificial intelligence models.

Data may be processed by service providers strictly necessary to operate the Application (such as the AI model provider that powers its functionality). Where that occurs, such providers are bound to process data only on our behalf and only for the purposes described here.

5. Data Storage and Security

Data retrieved from Google is stored locally on hardware controlled by the account owner. Access credentials are stored locally and encrypted. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect against unauthorized access.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as needed to provide the functionality described in this policy. You may delete stored data at any time by removing the Application's local data or revoking access.

7. Revoking Access

You may revoke the Application's access to your Google Account at any time at:

Once revoked, the Application will no longer be able to access your Google data.

8. Google API Services User Data Policy

The Application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed to anyone under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
